Do I have to watch LC, IF, or the Defenders to get up speed on Daredevil?

You can get by without watching Luke Cage season 1..
Luke Cage season 2 deals with it in one episode..
IF, Defenders most definitely..
Or you could just read the wiki or reddit threads to speed yourself up..
