She's the one who set up the sting in a crowded park. She mentioned clearing the park would look suspicious

We found that out because she admitted it. But there's no evidence that Punisher knew that. He said he was going to take her down but even during the trial it never came up. So either he knew and for some reason didn't play that card even though his entire reasoning for going to trial was supposedly to take her down with him, or he didn't know and wanted to take her down even though he had no idea she'd done anything which doesn't make sense

Glad the show picked up after episode 4. This season was looking like a bust at first.

Completely disagree. Think after episode 4 and the introduction of Elektra things slowed down

Loved this season. I'm not about to rehash what everyone already knows about how great the Punisher was and everything. I did think that Daredevil is the least interesting part of his own show though. I don't really get what they're doing with him. He's a terrible friend but thinks he's this honorable dude. He almost got Elektra killed when he stopped her from killing a guy and is so stubborn he refuses to believe anything Stick said. Honestly a lot of the stuff with Stick, Elektra and the Hand didn't make a ton of sense and I never fully got why DD got involved in the first place when Elektra came around. Also don't think the Elektra and Punisher studies truly fit together well.
