Foggy's acting is inconsistent. When he shines, he is great. It was like they got a good acting clone for him in Nelson v. Murdock in season 1 or during a lot of the times when he stands up to someone in either season. I don't hate the guy but he needs to stay on point.

while I found his interpretation a mixed bag in s1 he was a welcome addition here. In season 1 he was damn near co starring so had a lot of screen time, if you weren't feeling his portrayal it was tough. Here we have a better written season with an adrenaline shot of 2 new excting additions plus all the unresolved stories arcs of last season, in short there was so much happening that he was just the cherry on top as oppose to being the main course last year

I honestly think Kingpin should have been totally offscreen for the entirety of Season 2 just in terms of storytelling.
My personal preference as far as Donofrio's portayal of the character just made my not liking how the character was inserted into this season seem even worse.

I'm really enjoying it. Not sure why critics are down on it. They were lukewarm on season 1 too and both are crack to me

Nah, man...the reviews for the first season of this show were almost universally positive. A bit too overdone with the superlatives if you ask me. People were acting like it revolutionized TV or something.

I thought Jessica Jones S1 was better than Daredevil S1 and after watching DD S2 I still got to give the nod to Jessica Jones. I just enjoyed the story and the characters more.
