Well... Punisher is confirmed and Elektra is confirmed, so:
villains Punisher and DD have in common are Kingpin (but he is in jail...) Bullseye (most likely option because he is also an Elektra foe), the Russian (yes thats his name. He is just called the Russian) which is a strong possibility cause the Russian mob was a big part of season 1... Bushwacker is another foe of both DD and Punisher so he is a good posibility.

villains that Elektra and DD have in common are the ninja group the Hand (most likely choice asside from Bullseye...they are already showing members of the hand... the japanese ninja dude he defeated season one is a hand og) and of course Bullseye (the most likely choice for reasons I wont spoil for non-comic readers).
Other people we ar likely to see at some point are Tombstone and Hammerhead (when Kingpin's chick returns). But thats only if the rights are tied up with Spiderman... which they might be, cause Kingpin's henchman should of been a char called Alyster Smythe. But for whatever reason they made up a new character instead. Wesly, the dude with the glasses that was Kingpin's #2 is not a char from the comics. But his exact role is done in the comics by Smythe.

One thing I am noticing is they are avoiding using the impaired villains for some reason.
In the comics Daredevil is blind, but many of his villains are also disabled or suffer alments in some way. Tombstone has albinoism, Smythe is in a wheelchair, Hammerhead has a cranial deformity, etc. So maybe they are not showing them cause they wanna shy away from that on purpose.

than the previous ones. The fact that there is another other non-murdering hero in the show adds an interesting spin to his mission. In the past it's always been Frank v The Mob with the cops being on the Mafia payroll or just 
. Now he gets to fight with some non goon personnel
