Not sure about Stark, but I'm pretty sure he's represented Banner at some point, and him fighting the Hulk is still one of my favorite comics issues of all time.No & Yes. In the comics, the Kingpin is a villain of Daredevil, Spider-Man, & The Punisher. But he's Daredevil's Top villain, while only a minor-middle of the pack recurring Spider-Man villain. Which is unlike the 90's Spider-Man animated series that you were referring to, where the Kingpin is the main villain of the show.
Is Matt Murdock part of Stark's legal team in the comics?
A lot of people keep saying how all these new comic movies need to be dark since Nolan start doing Batman, but I don't think that fits for a lot of these franchises. However, DD is perfect for that type of atmosphere. The protector of Hells Kitchen who dayjob is a defense lawyer? They can even tie in the Punisher for another gritty spinoff since they're so closely tied. It's a lot to work with there and Fox took the wackest, corniest approach possible. I don't even think Afleck was miscaste, it was just a goofy ass movie to me, and I wasnt feeling their rendition of the suit either. Something bout that leather look really fukked it up for me.
