Same. I think this season is the second best Daredevil season, I only have season one ahead of it.
Since they're thinking of bringing some of the Netflix heroes back, I wonder if we'll get to see Mayor Luke Cage.
I'm mostly just curious how his powers would look in the MCU compared to netflix. Which basically forced him to wear a hoodie so they do the bullet effects instead of cgi.
I wait till fridays to watch the show so I avoid the thread until then.
Just finished it. I thought muse/heather would’ve hit more if he had more therapy sessions with her sprinkled through out the season.
Or just a little more of him in general. His reveal did feel rushed and somewhat of an info dump. Should’ve seen him slowly obsessing over her through out the seasonn. Being drip fed info about him through sessions/flashbacks/etc.
Honestly thought daredevil was gonna screw up the task force getting to muse and that would put the ire on him, leading to an eventual show down between the two.
Ep was cool but last ep was better due to build up.

Wait for it.I'm FINALLY caught up. episodes 6 and 7 have been good now that we FINALLY getting some dare-devilling.
I'm also glad that foggy and karen aren't main characters in this series as I found them both either uncompelling or annoying. matt's new law partner is way more
also, they kinda wasted bernthal. what was the point of even including him in this so far?

People hate the show? Its been disneyfied for sure but its actually good. Much better than some of the later Netflix joints like Iron Fist/Luke Cage/Karen Jones etc

I'm honestly chalking this whole season up to the reshoot shyt.. It's not terrible but it's clearly a step behind the Netflix run..
I wouldn't say it's been disneyfied it's just uneven and episodic at times. Muse had like a 2 episode run when on Netflix he would've gotten 7 or so to flesh the character out.
The only thing Disney about it is some of the humor they originally tried to slip in but you can tell they probably changed the music of the scene which made the mood less light(Fisk in front of the kids)
I'll give them next season when they have the chance to work from scratch and build

Yeah, Disneyfied isn’t the right word but uneven for sure, I’ll be grading this on a curve since I know they are stitching two tonally different shows together but the Muse storyline has been the biggest plot effected so far, as a whole this isn’t as good as any of the original 3 seasons, but if the next two are great it won’t be too far behind them rating wise for me
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the best episodes will probably end up being 1, 8 & 9

I hadn't really thought about that. But, that is a damn good point. But having re-watched the seasons leading up to this show dropping not sure why I didn't think it would have been better for this spot have gone to Mahoney. If i recall in season 1 Foggy mentioned they had known each other since they were like 5 years old.
