The cinematography and grittiness was better on the Netflix show. But let’s see how this goes lol the cgi is horrible.

Way better, that first 15 minutes with the fight scene showed me all I need to know.

My only beef is the lack of fight scenes, ALL the black supporting characters from the Netflix show not here, the BIG reveal. Other than that I enjoyed it.

They just GOTTA put more action in it. The second episode gave me flashbacks of “Iron Fist”. Instead of action, they showing ppl having meetings and eating dinner. Son! I wanna see ppl getting beat up, slapped, roundhouse kicks, gun battles etc.,

I think we're gonna have to give this show a pass until season 2.

This season is still primarily based on the original trash reboot version which reportedly barely had Daredevil in the suit and limited action.

They were only able to shoot 3 entire new episodes, pad the original episodes a bit, move/merge stuff they had already shot around and cut some of the corny shyt.

It's not a really a continuation from the Netflix show outside the first 15 minutes. As the supporting cast outside of Kingpin and Vanessa are new characters.

shyt feels very DISNEY as in the darkness and brutality just isn't there.

But knowing the circumstances of this show's production I gotta take it for what it is and see what they do in season 2.

Wouldn’t be bad writing. The time Matt acted sloppy was when a line was crossed with Foggy. He’s screaming like he was at the end of Ep 2 because he can’t get away from vigilantism no matter how hard he tries.

Those cops are dirty, but Matt ain’t dumb enough to outright kill them.
