Yeah I felt they rushed the Muse thing, that should've been a season long story arc. But it seems he's supposed to be in the show next season as some mentioned, so I guess it's whatever.

Season definitely got hurt due to the reshoots 
Episodes short as hell with weird edits. Hopefully the last 2 feel more cohesive.

This is the episode that suffered the most from the splicing of both versions of the show imo
It’s pretty obvious by now that the muse storyline was supposed to be the main overarching threat of the season building in the background while Matt handles his day to day cases, but the /Bullseye/Punisher/Task Force was slid in making Muse Plot B, making it feel disjointed/rushed in places due to the editing, and while I have enjoyed this a lot, it’s obvious that this as a season without all of the reshoot stories would of been not enough, thank god for the reshoots
The final 2 eps are entirely new, and written cohesively together without any of the old team, inc the Punusher, so we’re in for some fire

Doing that voice constantly for years must really strain the vocal chords, not to mention, he filmed probably at least 80% of his parts for this entire season 2 times over, they recasted Vanessa and filmed the entire thing with a brand new actress, they then had the big overhaul and brought back the original Vanessa to replace the recast and filmed every scene again
From what I'm reading the show runners changed DD's fighting style to reflect the comics DD using his Baton a lot more, to me it looks wonky cause they are using too much CGI on the baton throws. They also said Muse will be a focal point in season 2 maybe they will use the comic storyline that he gets resurrected by the devil or copy cat or flashbacks cause he took a lot of bullets up close. I think this season at least would benefit from a Binge watch instead of week to week.NGL, the fight scenes feel Arrow S1-S2/Titans tier
