If this is a non stand your ground state, both would catch a disorderly for mutually fighting regardless of who started it, even with the outcome in the vid. Breh not only covered his ass on the streets, but also in case of legal ramifications. If he were to stomp dude out after already knocking him out, he would catch a felonious easy, AND dude could sue him for medical damages. With self defense, you can obly use enough force to restrain/subdue the threat, or immobilize them to be able to walk away asap.
