It's nothing new. I don't see it as being racist on Angel Garcia's part. That's just the environment he grew up in. Latinos and Blacks have always shared neighborhood's together.

I've never been offended when they say it to me because I understand where they coming from but the only time it pisses me off is when a white dude or Asian says it to me.
