I can't speak for other parts of the northeast but blacks (and people of other races too tbh) have been exiting the 215. Housing is cheap compared to other areas in the northeast but not much else to it that makes it worth staying

I live in Philly, I don't travel to that part of the city, so I don't know what's going on in up there.

Yall nikkas need to stop pushing the "racist" card when a non black says "nikka". Yes, it's disrespectful for different reasons, but it's not "racist", especially from someone who most likely grew up in an urban area. Anyways, Keith Thurman just has that "it" factor and I expect him to be the historical great of this era. He also has the type of personality that will pull in endorsements and add to his game.
