The Hybrid has some dope beats but Dannys rapping carries that album trust me.
Detroit State of Mind 1-4 are cool. 4 is my favorite
Hot Soup is ok i wasnt really feeling it. same with the Tony Yayo album but thats because i dont like Yayo.

Although I've been meaning to revisit it .
As for 31 songs . I think that's too much for most albums in any genre . You'd really have to play around with track length and diversity of tone / style to ensure it isn't an overlong grating repetitive hot mess.

31 songs could easily lead to filler, even for a great artist like Danny Brown. Then again he'll have an infinite amount of dope beats to choose from, and a lot of his songs are quite short (2-3 minute stuff) so it could work.
