Could just be his recording process, try to reach a certain number before trimming off the fat and going with either the best joints or the ones that fit the theme of the album. That's how he did The Hybrid, although alot of the joints from the leftovers could've made the album imo.

reason i think it will be 31 songs

when he was 30 he dropped "XXX"

at 31, put out an album with 31 songs. unless he's gonna name it "XXXI"
