No one is about to shed any tears for a losing QB but when you throwing dude out there with an O Line that could'nt stop a runny nose with a box of Kleenex, it's kinda hard to look at Eli like it's 100% his fault.

Good luck to Daniel Jones but this is the same organization that traded away a generational talent in OBJ and has had Eli out there getting protected by future hall of famers like Erik Flowers

6. Josh Allen
16. Jeffrey simmons instead of lawrence
32. Byron Murphy instead of Baker

With or without Eli or Jones this season we still go 2-14 or 3-13. Then you select Tua, your legit future QB. 2020 draft should of been our target for franchise QB.

Nah bruh Geno is fukking trash. Y'all seem to forget we Giants fans had an up close look at this dude while he was on the Jets.

Not to mention we had Webb sitting in the bench who was suppose to be the heir apparent. It made more sense to start him so we could see wtf he could do at QB. Starting Geno was pointless

The offensive line has been amazing these last 2 games so Vinny from lindenhurst can stop blaming everyone and everything but Eli.

Eli plain sucks, he has no accuracy, no power, no pocket time presence, he still makes mistakes of a rookie.

The defense has been bad, but we’ve struggled to move the ball and score. I don’t think Jones is gonna save the season, but our offense should (hopefully) look better.

Above average career QB, who had two tremendous Super Bowl runs. Don’t let the haters say it was because of defense, because he put up amazing numbers in both playoffs. He is a HOF based off that.

Edit- another reason why I think they pulled the plug on Eli is because they don’t want him retiring with a below 500 record. Like they said in the other thread, he’s currently 116-116

Eli doesn't play defense. We're losing because our defense sucksI'd be worried about throwing DJ into a bad situation, but if there's one thing I will say about the Giants organization, they are very patient with QBs. Eli had a bad first four years in the league but the team stuck with him and built a team around him. The rest is history. I think Jones will be allowed to take his lumps and the team won't be swayed by booing fans or less than flattering backpage headlines in the local papers. I probably would have let Eli continue to start for a couple games, but it is what it is

I'm not even gonna say the whole defense is flawed...
The front guys showed promise and resiliency last game... and are starting to gel...
But we might have to burn the entire secondary to the ground.

nikkaz shytting on Eli, but they were in the Dallas game until that bullshyt no pass interference call in the redzone...
And the secondary was getting lit up by dak.

I just think most people dont actually watch the games or dont know football... and saying Eli is the problem is the easiest way to go and makes them sound like they know what they are talking about
