He's definitely wrestling again, just depends on where

After seeing what happened to Shibata, Idk man

I honestly hope he learns how to control his desire to pop the crowd with a big hits. He can work around that kinda of stuff and still get a huge reaction but even he's said he can't help himself. He gotta stop that shyt when he makes his comeback tour.

It'll be interesting to see how WWE plays it imo. There's no way in hell they just let him walk to NJPW/ROH/TNA. He'd be doing what Cody's doing but at a much higher level getting paid much much more.

He's also a focal point of the Total Divas/Bellas shows

I

Bryan has no power in this situation. His contract states this.

I wish someone would figure out how much time he has actually missed, and if this GM shyt IS the rollover. But I don't think so
.

I have no clue how many dates he needs to hit to full fill his contract but his deal was supposed to expire in 2016 and Meltzer was already talking about rolling out his dates back then.

Edit:

Dave Meltzer noted in the latest issue of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that nothing has changed regarding Bryan's status with WWE, and that the article last week from Forbes claiming that a source with inside knowledge told them that "WWE has not completely shut the door on a Daniel Bryan return to the ring" is incorrect.

Meltzer added that Bryan's WWE contract expires in 2018. We had noted that Bryan's contract was frozen before returning to television due to his injury. With Bryan now appearing in an on-screen role, his contract is no longer frozen
.

Yup, This has been a juicy story waiting to happen since 2016.

-The reality TV deal
-The "don't let people become big elsewhere" MO they have
-The "don't want someone associated with us become a PR nightmare if something happens to him" fear they will always have with Bryan
-Can WWE really go "full WWE" on Brie and Bryan and make their lives miserable when they are so close to Nikki and Cena (and hell, even Johnny Ace)?
-A possible Rey Mysterio situation/lawsuit if they try to keep rolling out dates of his contract.

He has lesions in his brain that leave him vulnerable to seizures. He can't wrestle again and no one should allow him to for his own safety.

Mick Foley was having amnesia episodes and still doing shyt with TNA.

Tommy Dreamer still wrestling, even in WWE.

The wrestling business does not give a flying fukk about wrestler's safety.

Yeah but how long was it frozen for?

I don't know how @Silkk doesn't know, he's obsessed with Bryan.

Bryan got a kid now. He ain't gonna risk killing himself to live his dream. He is gonna stay with the company and probably get a few return Foley matches every now and then. If the checks are flowing. He ain't gonna do it.

My guess would be from April 2015, when he got his last concussion and injury. I mean, I'm not a Meltzer apologist but if he is working with summer 2018 as a date of his contract expiring, I would go with that date too.

I know that WWE can potentially roll out Bryan's contract in perpetuity given the wording of their contracts. But that shyt ain't gonna fly on court, that's why they ended up letting Rey go and didn't get in a legal battle with him.
