Maybe you are bad at math but there's 20% of the data missing there. We can't make any conclusive statement as to her genetic makeup until we find out what that missing 20% is made up of.
Also around 10% of men are raising children that aren't theirs. So even if she looked like her father, there's still a 10% chance she still wouldn't be his kid. To me her nose in that baby picture is a dead giveaway for clear black ancestry. In that picture she looks to have at least 40% black ancestry.

In America you are black if you have any known black ancestry. Ever heard of Plessy vs Ferguson? Its the Supreme Court case that said "separate but equal" Jim Crow laws were legal. In that case, the "black" man who brought the case (Plessy) was a man who by all accounts looked white (similar to Logic). He thought looking white meant he could ride in the front of the train with the white folks. Once it was discovered that he had known black ancestry he had to ride in the back of the train with the rest of us "negroes". This case legalized discrimination based on race in America until Brown vs Board of Education in 1954.
Ya'll need to study American history before commenting on how we view race over here.
