An what’s this narrative that “Milwaukee/Toronto gonna give the Warriors trouble” coming from.

Toronto NEVER been in tha Finals. Kawhi been battle tested.... Kyle Lowery on Steph will be comedy.

Bucks young n inexperienced, don’t have tha firepower outside of Giannis n Bledsoe to compete wit GS.

Bledsoe is not firepower :mjlol:

Dame has been passive since the Thunder series. The Thunder trash talk lit a fire under him, but he has to find a way to get that same motivation or all the goodwill he won will be lost and he will go back to being underappreciated.

People keep forgetting how talented the Warriors are.

This is being overstated, and I'm a Warriors fan. After Draymond, the talent drop off is pretty significant this year. And you could argue that Draymond shouldn't even be in that sentence since other than his incredible b-ball IQ and defensive prowess, he's not some outstanding talent either.

We do have vets that are extremely important to our success like Iggy and used to be/still on occasion Livingston, but again, having them is not out-talenting anyone.

Without KD (and Cousins), the Warriors aren't this far and away more talented team than every other team in the league. We just play team basketball and maximize what we have. You nikkas are not speaking so highly of Looney, Bogut, Bell, Cook, etc. in any other context. Stop it.

The results say otherwise. I base it off the results not narratives. They are the favorites in every series for a reason and were yet again on top of the West. If the Blazers pull off the upset just more playoff fukkery for me. They play team basketball but like I told another poster replace Curry and Thompson with Kyle Lowry and Tim Hardaway Jr and see what happens.

Itd take Golden State 3 quarters tops to realize the offense is initiated and run entirely through Jokic. Combine that with Denver's streaky shooting and their inexperience, I feel like they'd end up doing just as well as the Blazers will:yeshrug:

This is the 2nd time the Blazers have gotten the Warriors without Nurkic, 3rd if you want to count before he was on their roster. Its like a cursed matchup for them because no one is going to out small-ball the Dubs

I actually think Denver is a lot better defensively than the Blazers, Enes Kanter is very solid offensively but on defense he is a liability. I don't think experience matters as much as long as the matchups work.

I'm not denying the greatness of Steph and Klay breh. I'm talking about the talent drop off after that with KD and Cousins out. Simply saying cats are overstating our talent for agenda purposes.

And talent is an objective measure in basketball. Results are based on numerous factors that include talent but many other things. It makes no sense to conflate the 2.

Is AD not talented because he hasn't led a team anywhere?
Is Devin Booker not talented because his team is trash?

And so on.

The Warriors are very talented. Get over it. Your only response is to downplay how much talent they have but that's weak.
They just dismantled a Blazers team that beat a very talented Nuggets team in a 7 game series in their house.
