Bruh Barnes missed wide open shots all series long. His shooting was horrific. It would be one thing if he was missing contested jumpers but he would be there by himself and lay brick after brick. He had numerous chances to win those games.

Gotta give credit to the Dubs GM Bob Myers. Since their 1st championship, they always seem to find role players that can make plays and hit big shots. Back then, it was Patrick McCaw, Ian Clark, Mo Speights. Now its Jordan Bell, Alfonso McKinnie, Kevon Looney. They found most of these dudes at the lower picks of the draft as well. Steph commands so much attention that these guys will have opportunities to have wide open shots, and they are knocking them down.

Yeah he stunk on tha offensive side in that series, but his perimeter defense kept Klay/Steph/Durant bothered them on da 3pt line.

Cavs couldn't figure out the Warriors. They were the beneficiary when the league suspended Draymond and Bogut's injury left a hole in the Warriors starting line-up.

I think Portland was tired. Coming straight off of a 7 game series and immediately into this series with one day off caught up to them I believe. It would explain them fading so bad every game after building big leads. Same reason I got Bucks pulling out Toronto series. That extra rest in between series can make a hell of a difference.

I’m not excited to see Cousins back tbh, I’d rather watch GS with Looney on the floor or them playing small with Iggy on the floor with the big 4

He’s going to hurt them on defense and prob take the ball away from Steph a bit

I'd like to see Kerr start Looney and bring Cousins off the bench just for defensive purposes. Thing is though Cousins has shown at times through the season that he can play the Warriors style and fit right in with his passing and movement. It just seemed as he got more in rhythm he started searching for his own offense more and stopped passing as much.
