If Steph leads them to the Finals without KD and wins, this might be the year he gets the final piece of hardware

The media will NOT give Steph Curry that FMVP award no matter how great he plays.
They are already setting the narrative up to give it to Draymond and if not Dray it will go to Klay.

He's led the Warriors in scoring in the Finals 2 out of 3 times. The time he didn't he almost averaged a triple double 27, 9 and 8 still didn't win it. There is nothing Steph can do to win this award. :francis:
It is a blatant bias against him and I don't know why. ESPN First Take is about to do a segment now on why Steph is NOT one of the best players in the NBA despite what he's doing in the playoffs
They hate the guy :manny:

Steph's my favorite player, but he didnt play as well as KD in the last 2 finals
but yeah, if draymond continues to do this well, he's getting FMVP

I dont think Klay would ever get it. He prolly doesnt care tho lol

They're not setting up a narrative to give it to Draymond, Draymond has just looked like the more engaged player. He's making plays on both ends, in fact, he's often turning a defensive play to an offensive play. Hard not to notice that.

They felt stupid for not giving him FMVP in 2015 after the season he had in 2016
League MVP is different from FMVP and the media knows this

I think everybody knows the difference. Why the change of heart from the media? So they hated him, felt stupid then went back to hating him? You understand how crazy that sounds, right?

And sent delly to the hospital for exhaustion :wow:

Steph not winning fmvp in 15 was one of the greatest sports media hit jobs of all time:hhh:
Facts and history will not be kind to the media and voters to gave it to Iggy when looking back on it..

If Steph was 6’6 and up and doing what he doing he would have 2 FMVPs right now

Media still can’t wrap their minds around this skinny 6’3 dude being this dominant
