Fatigue is going to play a big part in Portland potentially getting swept..

They just went an extremely hard 7 with Denver.. Now they go straight to GS for game 1 tomorrow and only have 1 day off in between games for the rest of the series..

I got GS in 6 but this shyt might seriously be a sweep.. I hope I’m wrong
I remember :shaq: and chuck mentioning on TnT that it's usually the opposite. Teams that just finished a series are better off then guys who are resting. .

Either way our bench, lines up perfectly to gsw.

Either way I'm expecting game 1 to be a blowout.

They been saying that since KD joined and no team has truly taken advantage of it. The blazers aren’t exactly great at the C either you talking like y’all got Jokic or something. Looney can somewhat deal with kanter. He did when kanter was with the Knicks.
Breh for the first time in the series, we actually have the better centers do you know how much easier this makes it for the blazers to not have to worry about a dominant center. You better believe dame / cj will be driving in the paint and mo will be slashing.

Like i said, this series will be closer than most people think.

People have predicted the blazers would get swept all throughout the playoff, while forgetting that this squad is capable of winning without Nurkic.

We've seen this story before though (GS is 8-1 against Portland in the playoffs during the Kerr era). And the T'Blazers as a unit are a diet version of the Warriors. At least Denver offers something different and has advantages against GS - Portland don't have anything in their favor, besides Durant being out.
Durant out and portland not having a high to worry about a high caliber center is kind of a big deal.

Looney, bell, bogout arent exactly go to guys like adams, jokic, and trillsap were.

shyt makes all the difference in the world.

I feel like Golden State matches up better against Portland than Denver. But.... Portland's bench is playing better, so the Blazers could win with KD missing games and if their bench continues to play well. Warriors depth is really a problem, it'll take the starters to really dig deep and play at a consistent high level for the majority of the game to get the job done.

Denver would have been more of a problem because I feel like Denver's depth and size is their strength moreso than Portland... this series could come down to the stars just having some shootouts and seeing who's still standing by the end of it.

GS is 8-1 against Portland in the postseason during the Kerr era, and this is with GS dealing with a number of injuries.
Portland is a diet version of the Warriors, from top to bottom.

Denver has a superior frontcourt (and a player who poses far more problems for GS, in Jokic, than any of Portland's players), better rebounding and defensive personnel, more scoring variety, better playmaking, and essentially pose more of a threat because they can expose more weaknesses than Portland can.

Given that you never know what you're talking about, this gives my stance even more strength.

:manny:
And you're been proven wrong a million times on here. :mindblown:

Thats why you usually go into hiatus

Warriors got game 1, no doubt. Probably by 20-30 points.

Heck I'd bet my life savings on that @LurkMoar .

But the tired narrative of gsw sweeping anyone needs to stop. GSW has had infinite struggles throughout the playoffs. They're not the same team from last year. They can be beat.

The clippers a young team with no star player, just role players and an above average sixth man gave them trouble.

A two star front wit no bench gave them trouble.

So now a team that has a two star front and decent bench is about to get swept.

Well my original take was Dubs in 6... only way for a sweep is if Port is gassed and only every other day..
