It’s been known ever since the Mayweather fight that they want to get their own boxing promotion off the ground. Joshua is pretty big in Europe so this makes sense. I also heard AJ has interest in MMA and a fight between him and Stipe was discussed in passing. If this for MMA lol. Connor will never come back

I can easily imagine that this and maybe even the Floyd goes MMA talks are just promotional stunts to picture them as they would have big promises and big stars in tallon for the near future so they might look more attractive to channels (basically con them if neither the Joshua nor the Mayweather talks have reality).
Quite ironic though... for years this dude was running around telling everyone boxing is dead and now he wants to make splashes with boxers, even using them to lure new TV contracts in.
