From what I remember the team is legit exactly middle-of-the-pack as far as team worth is concerned and has consistently appreciated in franchise value since LeBron's drafting. Only problem is that clear drop in attendance when LeBron wasn't there. This is a franchise that seems to only sell well with guaranteed success, but we'll see what happens. A championship might solidify a fanbase that wasn't old enough to enjoy basketball when LeBron was drafted.
