That's called a high metabolism... Much different from athletes or former athletes...

Only former athletes that get really flabby are the ones who has to eat a lot to put on a lot of mass while performing and completely stopped exercising after high school/college or drank themselves obese.. Which happens but you can still tell they used to be solid compared to people who don't do shyt
