1 Fat doesn't turn into muscle
2 Androgens burn fat, whether you work out or not

He used gear for this transformation

Covered that in my post. Well aware of androgens fat burning properties as well as aware you're going to eventually be married to them if you don't maintain a specific lifestyle/workload with them or worse just stop taking them and go back to your previous lifestyle.

I've known plenty of folks in his exact position that never did a damn thing about it. He dug himself out of that hole of possible lifestyle related illness and I salute him for it

I've been lifting for 6 years and he def used some gear.. BUT the hard work needed for this transition can not be purchased but gear will rapidly increase muscle mass mush faster. It's very difficult to lose massive amounts of fat while gaining massive muscle. 100% gear but salute either way
i havent read his story so don't know his stats, but between new lifting gains and the amount of lean mass already built up to support his frame (people seem to not take this into account, a lot of overweight people have a lot of lean mass already, they just have a shyt ton of fat too), his transition is very possible naturally. what was the timeline from start to about the 3:40 mark?

Amazon but you need to do some research before you mess with dat shyt and honestly, you need to be lifting faithfully for at least a solid year so you can understand what routines work for you. As a beginner you'll make gains just by working hard doing 8 to 12 reps of each exercise until muscle failure. Gear is for advanced or professional body builders who life for a living. I'm natural and I look better than 90% of most people in my gym. Dedication is all you need.

Amazon? Are you saying you can buy gear on Amazon? I took a cycle before but I got it through craigslist.

In the past few years they have cracked down but I promise if you just type in anabolic steroids you will still find a few light versions on Amazon lol
