Their strength is in numbers and the flimsy social construct of people's fear of them. People are rapidly losing the fear of police, or any authority for that matter. Once we reach that tipping point, and we will, its open season on all people who abused their positions of authority. If i rode out today it would be suicide by cop, if i ride out tomorrow when shyt hits the fan,....

This bears repeating because pretty much everyone in this thread is misrepresenting the story with their "dont call the cops" mantras. THEY DIDNT CALL AND REQUEST POLICE OFFICERS BECAUSE OF SOME DISPUTE....they called for an ambulance because the victim was experiencing health complications. COPS WERE'NT SUPPOSED TO BE INVOLVED.

The dispatcher somehow sent cops instead, because of some alleged miscommunication. Instead of the victim receiving help as he expected, a bunch of mass murdering thugs w/ badges burst in the house like gestapos, and shot him dead where he stood as he begged for medical assistance. Im tearing up just typing this.

Pretty much. No matter how you slice it, they messed up by not sending the ambulance to someone who requested it. They were wrong from the beginning.

diabetes runs in my family and they DO get aggressive when their blood sugar gets low. it's not even a conscience thing tho, they basically black out and will fight anybody trying to help them.

That being said, part of their story adds up. But it does NOT take a GUN to subdue someone having one of those attacks. It takes 2 people (at worst) to hold em down.

The cops are idiots and should be charged accordingly.

But I predict the usual, paid leave, desk job when they get back.

You're right my niece has had diabetes since she was 9 and gets that way sometimes. These cops always so quick to shoot first.
