I just can’t follow thru…currently at 316 lbs.

- walk/run/slow jog 10 laps on the track
- get your fukkin ass out there 7 days a week
- even if the weather sucks get your ass out there
- get off your phone
- your body needs water. Drink it
- do 15-20 mins of stairs since you’ll be at the track
- come back in 12 months
- lay off the sugar and fast food
- this is the MINIMUM you should be doing so if you can’t do that, don’t come back because the brehs hitting their goals are putting in work everyday.
