IR is not common because many people don't live around the other. I mean there are entire states with zero black people. There are black folks that have only seen white people as teachers and police. accessibility, society and social expectation plays a huge part, but when you remove those things (thats why I use myself as an example) it literally becomes a free for all.

White people don't tan to look black. Also they can tan their skin naturally from the sun.
Black women have use chemicals used in making car tyres and anit-freeze to bleach their skin.
