With that said, KD returning to the Warriors wouldn't be such a bad idea as he'll team up with Steph and Dray.
I don't see why Phoenix wants Jimmy Butler tho; he doesn't make them any better than what they would be with Durant. Actually, they'd be better off in terms of winning with KD. Jimmy, paired with Booker and Beal, isn't moving the needle, and their championship window shrinks with that move.
While I don't doubt Jimmy would be a nice addition, I think his perceived impact on a team with championship aspirations has become a bit overrated. It's one thing if he was added to the Suns' big 3 for a low-price return, but removing KD just for Butler is a bad trade for Phoenix if their goal is to win a championship.
