Some of us tried to warn y’all that some people look better with some weight on them, but y’all can’t distinguish between normal and My 700 Pound Life.
I was never on Ice like that, but thicker Ice was 100x better.
Losing fat and getting fit is one thing.
Losing weight, muscle, is another thing.
Also it takes time to lose weight healthy. 1-1.5 pounds a week most likely. But when you are losing weight fast and not building muscle with it you look weird.
