That's not even true. Arn and his wife are close to Ric's ex-wife. Flair, never grew up from that partying shyt. Dude was straight-up embarrassing after his retirement. It's not even, "nikka you too old to be having fun" but more, "this is just sad at this point" as Ric was running around flashing his dikk on a plane or begging someone to pay his tab at like 3:00 AM. I could see why Arn just got tired of it.That's gotta suck to put in all those years with people you thought you were close to, only to find out that they were probably only cool with you because you were their cash cow.
I can understand all of that of why theyre not really cool but Arn at least knew Reid. He should have reached out if he didnt. I know Tully battled drug addiction for yearsbso idk where he was on that journey at the time and Barry might have had his own father's health he was contending with at the time. But it sounds like Ric accepted it a while back. That's not even true. Arn and his wife are close to Ric's ex-wife. Flair, never grew up from that partying shyt. I have, well had, a friend that only wanted to talk about shyt that happened in high school and just kept wanting to go back to that level of immaturity. I don't think I've changed all that much since then, but enough to realize some of that shyt was childish. Eventually, I had to bush dude because shyt became sad and he didn't want to develop past those years.
OK, but who do you think enabled Reid. Arn probably saw that Ric refused to come clean about Reid's problems. shyt, HHH said that Ric lied about Reid's problem and blamed them on faulty substances. WWE never signed Reid because he kept failing drug tests. On the night Reid died from a drug overdose, Ric was the one with him. At that point, Arn probably wanted to say, "You stupid fukk, you let your son die because of your stupid-ass lifestyle," it was better to say nothing at all.I can understand all of that of why theyre not really cool but Arn at least knew Reid. Probably a one-sided story, but independently of that there’s no Horsemen without Flair. Ric is top 3 all time, and he could of put anyone in the Horsemen and they would of been successful. This is Ric telling his side, there might be much more to why they fell out. As far as being the “cash cow” Arn and Tully more than held their own on the mic and in the ring in their own regard.

How many variations of the Horseman were there though, and how many as memorable as the original? It’s the same as saying you could’ve put anyone with Nash & Hall for the NWO. It wouldn’t have had the same impact.Probably a one-sided story, but independently of that there’s no Horsemen without Flair. If anything, Ric Flair was Chris Jericho before Chris Jericho was Chris Jericho. The most time he probably spent with Reid was when he was appearing on Nitro taking down Eric Bischoff. Flair was just being emotional as usual at the time of this interview. That's gotta suck to put in all those years with people you thought you were close to, only to find out that they were probably only cool with you because you were their cash cow.
