Take your time breh. And dont worry about 225. ITs just weight. Took me a long ass time to hit 225, and once I got to 235 I hurt my shoulders and had to take a few months off of benching. Had to rebuild my shyt from scratch. Now Im up to 240 for reps and climbing. Shoulders feel great. Everything is better.

Gotta take a long ass view and take baby steps. Make gains but make em clean and dont injure yourself. And be consistent. Thats like 90% of the battle

started in aug 2015 and I remember struggling with squats could barely do 45 in each side but now im doing 2x45 on each side :blessed: and also my benching has improved my body has improved and the female attention I get nowadays :whoo:2016 will be the year I get even better
if you want to heal your body quick and save money. Use cayenne peppers and rub them over the areas you just worked out

275 for how many reps? Wrap your knees and youll increase the weight by 10lbs
