There is too much knowledge out there to not be killing it in the gym in 2016. Im dialed in AF
I've been in the gym for years, but it becomes a chore sometimes. I feel like I caught a second wind. Hopefully we all feel the same in a few monthsEverybody think they in love with the gym this time of year... well see were they are in a couple of months... the consistency and grind, most people dont got it in em.. it's a lifestyle change.

Yea this will be year 7 of consistently going, which makes me kind of sad. I was in the wilderness for a good 4 or 5 of those.
