Well this is a little bit off base... I have never heard of racism at Mecca... And racism is actually against Islam where as it isn't explicitly denounced in Christianity. Thats why there are no openly racial Islamic denominations. While Arabs themselves may be racist I have to throw the flag when the discussion becomes a little malinformed.

I had never heard of it either until I was told. You say it's against Islam but the Quran does speak on Jews and it can be proven that Jews are Black. Not sure how Christianity could denounce race when the concept wasn't around until after the bible was written. If it was I would like to see some evidence for it. In any event the scriptures don't divide mankind by races. Even when skin color is mentioned it's not in the context of race.
