It's a shame he's being stuck in this wack tag team with Cody Rhodes. He needs to be on his own challenging for the US/IC belts. Hopefully it only lasts for a few weeks.

Back then it felt as though Rhodes Scholars were headed nowhere, constantly getting tag title shots and losing. I felt that Sandow on his own as IC champion would have made the division alot more interesting. At the time of my post, Miz was the IC champ with Kofi challenging, and it felt like such a waste to have a former WWE champ and a multi time transitional midcard champ fighting over the strap instead of someone on the rise.

The payoff in the end was definitely worth it though, the finish of the MITB match was booked perfectly. This feud between the former best boys should be good. I think Cody has alot of potential as a face and I can't wait until Damien is carrying that big gold belt.
