On Flex " I mite say I might have of smashed one of his girls or something but......I ain't never see him with nothin."
It's easy to say that, but you gotta consider the fact that he pretty much let Jay do what he wanted, including do an album and tour with a nikka Jay knew he hated so why would he be difficult to maintain a business relationship with?
He pretty much admitted in the Cannon interview that that was Jay's call all the way and he had no choice but to ride with it because that was his man and his partner.
He didn't go on a rant all over the place clowning Jay or Kellz and he didn't try to block the project from happening.
From the outside looking in, it seems to me that Dame knew he had a great product (Jay and the rest of Roc-A-Fella records roster), a solid team, so why kiss the ass of people that he knew wasn't down for the cause?
The problems only started when his partner decided to jump ship.
Before then, them nikkas was teflon.
It's like you and your homey decided to play "good cop, bad cop" not knowing the whole time that your homey was going to parlay his "good cop" role into completely removing you from the equation after y'all agreed on them roles together.
Pure D fukk nikka shyt.
Remember, he also said he had no idea Jay green lighted that infamous Def Jam marketing meeting and he went in there riding for the squad not knowing that his partner was already going behind his back.
Jay let that man play himself like a fool (all them people in that office knew Jay ok'd the meeting and didn't say shyt) when all he was doing was riding for the brotherhood that he thought they had together.
Dame should've known never to trust a Brooklyn nikka.

"Brooklyn keeps on takin' it."
He wasn’t jay boss. He couldn’t tell jay what to do. You saying let jay do something like jay didn’t own the same percentage as him.
Def jam was sending the budgets and if jay wanted a album greenlighted nobody could tell him nothing
Dame was doing a lot of sneaky shyt and disrespecting a lot of people. Jay leaving him was a full gone conclusion, just was a matter of when
Like dame firing entire roc a fella staffs and jay hiring them all as his personal staff and those people style work for jay today
Dame issue with bleek was a problem also
definitely did a better job then drink champs....on another note.. Nick Cannon show got potential to be reeeeallly good. I'll continue to check this
Too much sweet tea being spilled by men@Another Man hasn't hit up this thread yet (pause)
How look where he’s at .... he’s coming across as an angry old man .... I dno how anyone worked with him he might be smart in a lot ov ways but the nikka is a self -centred narcissist who seems unbearable to work with... dno how everyone is praising him he lies aswell he was in the r kelly video no one told him to....One of the best interviews I’ve listened to. Even if you don’t like Dame, you’ve got to respect his hustle.
Dame did not executive produce the r kelly jayz albums. The only Jay releases him or Biggs didn’t get executive producer creditsDame completely juelzed thru the Aaliyah segment lol...
Didnt get money with him but i cant fukk up everyone else's money
so you made money then nikka
He really thinks people are that stupid they cant follow the breadcrumbs cuz he talking fast on shyt.
You was in the videos, you was the CEO of the company but you made no revenue off that partnership....fukk outa here.
He speaks half truths and you can tell when hes lying cuz he try to control the convo...and talk over everyone.

Dame has the gift of gab. He’s a good speaker and can articulate himself well. This is why he can take his incomplete knowledge of certain things and have u believe it cause of the way he brings it across. U have to be very knowledgeable urself to be able to call out his bullshyt. Cause dude can navigate with words.
Not fax. Dame was quick to say Twista was not signed to ROC. so why would u be in a video that didn’t feature Jay Z at all but feature R Kelly. Mind u this is after Aaliyah told him about Kells and her death. All fax my nikka, repped
