Dame tried to take a movie that they all made, change the title, and sell it or put it out as a movie he made by himself. And then trash talked the producer and company in interviews and on socials, as Dame Dash typically does.

They sued for defamation and won in 2022. But Dame never paid the $800k he owes.

So a judge ruled that he had to hand over what I assume is his most valuable asset in his name, which is the shares to Rocafella Inc., which owns 1/3rd of Reasonable Doubt.

Which is insane considering Dame was mad at Lee Daniels for shorting him $2 Million for one of his early movies

I do find it interesting that Jay Z flips the majority of his businesses instead of keeping equity and just letting them ride out even if under new management
I guess he's smart enough to realize that businesses built off of pop culture relevance and trends are meant to be flipped before you fall off
