You could tell by the way he's talked over the last few years, you could hear that "denture lisp" when someone's shyt hasn't been fitted correctly and a bunch of saliva is in the mouth. He needs that shyt tightened, more adhesive etc.

He's down bad and is so obsessed with IMAGE over substance that he will never get out the hole. You could pay off his debts, give him 1mil and he'd be in debt again within a week.

That's Dame's mentality though, he's always said any money that he has goes back into the streets on his different ventures. It's not surprising he's delinquent in his taxes
