What Dame doesn't realize is that the end of the Roc-A-Fella era was operating on the brink of financial destruction. Dame was trying to run Roc-A-Fella in 2003-04 like it was the late 90s. He - like Ruff Ryders, No Limit, and many-a-other rap labels - did not anticipate the changing waves of the industry.
