Central park is like 60 city blocks down and 4 across. So that would mean the Dallas park would be 660 blocks long :ohhh:

That's the cool part is that they let it naturally flood. Below the water in that picture are the actual cement and dirt paths. The normal level is way lower than that.

:yeshrug: It'ls on the outskirts of the city. Not comparable to Central Park.

Looks dope though. Real estate next to it will go up in value

Outskirts?? Nah. It's literally downtown Dallas. Well at least some of it goes past downtown. It probably stretches next to the river for several miles

Yeah, I’m in DFW...been down there a few times. They announced this project like 3yrs ago and the first thing to do is engineer flood control. That pic was taken like a week ago, so they haven’t done shyt..
