In my opinion yes I been back in Houston after living outside of it for over 8 years, and the black folks I come in contact with that I even speak about empowerment or spending our dollars in black businesses cringe and give me the you been up north to long talking that stuff white folks listening look. The most pro-black people I met were in the 3rd ward.

In conclusion I will be moving out the south again but this time permanently in 2 years
