If anyone here knows someone who works at Comedy Central, contact them and ask if they keep files on extras who worked on the sets of live TV shows. If so, just go through the files for that episode until you come across his picture.

maybe the first place to look would be at the shop.. find out where it is, see if any members live around there... ask the owner about him or even go and ask some customers

Time to admit dude is Caushun. In that infamous scene in Steve's unisex barbershop. In the mirror you could see him attending to a woman. His profile read that he took on the gig ( the gay rapper) to further extend his career as a stylist. His mannerisms throughout the scene are effeminate.
