ight so i've been scouring for longer than i should have, but i think i might have something. keep in mind that the chappelle skit was filmed over 10 years ago. he could look a bit different today. add in the makeup/lighting for the show and you can have a margin for difference in look. ALSO he is making a very funny face in the chappelle skit and when he goes back to his face's resting position he would look different.
i went to Chapelle's myspace, and looked through all 1200 of the people HE is connected TO. this means that he followed these people. one breh stood out to me and i think it might be him.
