I remember this dude. He's the original gay rapper. He was in either XXL or the Source. I gotta dig thru some old issues from 01-03. Here's a youtube video.

There is another thread here where we tried to look for Da Hell
The barbershop isn't called Steve's Unisex, its something else. The Chappelle Show changed the name of the actual shop to "Steve's Unisex" for filming/legal purposes.
Also, 2 barbershops were used. If you compare the outside view of the shop (which shows the front of Steve's Unisex) vs the inside view (once Dave & John are inside), you will notice that they're two different buildings. They used the first shop to film the outside and a second shop to film the actual skit.
