Another case of not being careful with guns. No doubt the father picked it up because he felt threatened. Man...unless your life is legit in danger don't pick up a gun and don't point it at folks, especially. If you point it you better be prepared to use it because the person you're aiming at now feels their life is in danger and justifiably so. shyt can't help but go south from there. I'm more pissed about the improper gun handling than anything else. This could have been avoided.
