Not sure if he's a scammer. He's been on this site for years.
But, not sure why he's going to an out-of-state school which is more expensive than going to a local community college or state school.

I will say this, OP can sign up for the military to get G.I. Bill money if he really, really, really needs the money.

Thanks for the consideration. But comments like this is what shows me that many people don't know the things they talk about or read up on them. There is a reason you don't see people with DACA in the military. We aren't allowed to do that. I can't get no GI bill. You guys gotta think of the things you say. Its like when you say "why don't you just get legalized". We can't "just get " legalized Congress has to do it. Most options you give we are not able to do especially Black people with DACA. Even the Hispanics with DACA have like a dozen websites specifically for them and scholarships specifically for them.

There is one well known one called the Golden Door Scholarship where if you look at the annual winners its a sea of white and tan face Hispanics. And this pays full tuition for a whole year. I haven't seen one Black DACA person in any winning photos.

I also explained why I prefer an HBCU and said in my story that I went to a community college and graduated already. I also said my gpa is hard to get into the engineering major at other schools

Oh and also we can't work federal jobs either...can't work airport...can't work post office. I think many of you guys hear the word DACA and think we especially the Black people with DACA are just getting free money every week or something. I'm Black AND have no papers so its even harder

Its amazing to me how fukked up people are being right now about this and cracking jokes about it like @CheckMate as if its funny. I'm getting heated about this whole thing. Like if people don't wanna support fine but the way people are talking and making light of what I said in my story and what I'm stressing over now is pissing me off. Having to worry about my mother possibly getting deported and not being able to claim for her and I'm trying to go to a college and attempt to get a work permit to green card sponsorship to help her out.

Or being at the college and having access to internships that can help her out. Dudes in here cracking jokes and being a$$holes about something serious I wrote up and don't see anything wrong with what they are doing. All because a couple a$$holes wanted to troll. I even show my student email and they wanna keep on making these posts analyzing me and trolling but wouldn't be saying the same thing for someone of another race. If you don't want to or choose not to donate fine but the trolling in here is insane especially to try to shyt on my character and call me a liar. Always taking pride in making a joke out of everything. My younger sis is a citizen but is underage and i don't know what would happen if she ends up alone. People getting locked up from this and yall wanna be a$$holes and crack jokes. the shyt is getting insane. you don't agree with it? then move on stop commenting just to troll me.
