No he never …. There was actully someone involved in the rape case called rick aka Ricardo brown not jack ….. and so what …. He gave a gangsters phone number to a cop …. There isn’t any proof jack was a snitch …. After all these years not 1 person can provide paperwork….. u got that info about world from bill Courtney …the nyPd ex cop ….. who even said jack wasnt a snitch …. So what next ??? U have no proof …..
