Three 6 Mafia album, then they are contractually obligated to be under Sony. They are still obligated to make one more album under the Sony contract
If they try to change the name, but still have the original 6 members that signed that original Sony contract. Then I guarantee you Sony lawyers are going to hit them with that work.
Sony doesn't care about mixtapes, but if they release an album. Then they are fukk. Paul and the other 4 members can release an album under another name because that is not technically Three 6 Mafia.
