Real life...@1/2OfDaBruinz you're invited as well, but we need to get a #Set suite poppin or a #Set section where we can get lit, let's make this shyt happen, no jokes breh
The odds are so crazy. A breh told me about how some entities hire, so you have to make yourself stand out, outside of your resume/application. And it's all about who you know/who knows you. With these sports jobs and most in general, it's low odds you'll be picked thru their online application system. Not saying it's impossible, because i got an interview with two MLB teams thru Teamwork Online without any "help", but the odds are lowwwww. Plus, I was the only black person when I went to one of the interviews.shyt, I've applied for two jobs and ain't get shyt He even told me the hiring manager for one of them so I could direct my cover letter straight to her but it didn't work I even used him as a reference. He don't got no juice yet. He said a lot of the job be having like 500-600 applicants. If you apply for something let me know and I will try to help as much as I can. Here is the link where they post the jobs: Basketball Jobs : The Official NBA Team Jobs Board
I applied for a job in finance and one in HR. My homeboy was trying to tell me to apply for one of the security or retail jobs because you can get in the door and move up from there, but them shyts pay way too low.

I can check and see whats up. I don't know if he gets a discount on tickets cause he get's free ones. Last time I asked him about some suites he tried to give me the number to a lady in the ticket dept so I'm not sure if he gets a discount on that but I'm gonna check.
I'm down breh. I think it has to be like 10 people for a package for regular seats. I don't know about suites but I'm gonna try to get some info tomorrow.
That suite bullshyt was a waste of money, we'd be paying nearly $3000 for appetizers and not even guranteed parking so nah
If ya boy is giving out free tix get 4-5 of us in for one game, another 4 for another game. I'm gettin everybody shots/beer (including you) if you can pull this off, no bullshyt
How would the town feel about this?
He got low BBIQ. I could see Anderson coming. From one injury prone Brazilian with hair to another one.Who is that?

Count Kyle Korver as another Hawks player who is tired of talking about an inconsistent first half of the season and one eager to get started on the final 27 regular-season games.
Korver spoke Thursday, before the NBA trade deadline, and expressed his desire to move on with a team playing better basketball.
“We all know what is possible,” Korver said. “It would be great once this (trade deadline) week is all behind us, we can just focus on doing what we know how to do. Come with greater intensity, greater focus. With the season coming to an end, that will help us do that. We’ve done enough talking and had enough little meetings and conversations that we all know what is expected of us. It’s time for us to go out there and do it. Quit talking about it. Quit expecting it to just happen. Go out there and make it happen.”

The Hawks begin the stretch run with a five-game homestand starting with the Heat Friday night. At 31-24, the Hawks will already finish with a worse record than the historic 60-win campaign last season. There is still plenty to play for with the team in the thick of the Eastern Conference playoff race.
Hawks players said this week the key will be coming to play with the right mindset and intensity. It was something they may have taken for granted over most of the first 55 games of the season.
“You always here Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson and those guys say it’s one thing to get to the top, it’s another thing to stay there,” Korver said. “Not that we won a championship, but there was a lot of ‘Good jobs’ last year to us. People patted us on the back and said ‘That was really great and fun.’ It’s easy to have a little step back mentally from that. We did that early and we were trying to play catch-up. We didn’t hit our full stride. I’m tired of talking about it. I’m ready to go out there and play hard and play well and win some games.”
Kent Bazemore was succinct in summing up the attitude going forward.
“We are looking for a chance to redeem ourselves from that first half of the season,” Bazemore said.
The Hawks also host the Bucks, Warriors, Bulls and Hornets on the homestand. That is followed by a five-game western trip. There will be only three games against Western Conference teams following the trip.
Sounds like Coach Bud definitely plans on using that open roster spot
