Minus the crotch chop which is always gonna be relevant, a lot of DX's best stuff antics wise might not age well because it's SO time specific to the late 90's

Like if you're a young bull and didn't live that era and see some of their stuff out of context you'll be like :scust:

That said. Definitely gonna grab that retro dx tee they put up on the site today next time they do a sale

:banderas: copped that and the Austin 3:16 shirt today. Only shame is the Austin shirt has a TM on it. Wished I noticed it before I pressed to purchase but whatever. That's my childhood right there :banderas:

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
was a much bigger fan when I was a kid but still like some of the stuff now

I remember xpac always being my favorite member and I would get so heated when he lost a match

like the main event against the rock when shawn turned on him, it took my soul :mjcry:I thought he was gonna win

I was a big fan of X-Pac's 98/99 face run. The little guy getting into the ring and scrapping with the big guys. He may not have always won, but he tried his best.

Then, he turned heel and gave birth to the term "X-Pac Heat."

I always felt XPac heat was always such an unfair label

Dude is a legend period.

I agree. But something seemed to change about him afterward. Something seemed to change about the all of DX (excluding HHH) after they turned heel in 1999 onward. That was a really weird deal.

It really was. Mid to Late 99 was a real make or break for the attitude era mid card

His demons were kicking his ass full force by that point so it kinda explains why his promos/match quality seemed to be tanking

Which is why I never got late 90s triple h hate
Dude was the only non supreme fukk up and besides looking like a star he didn't have the gifts x PAC had in ring, or mic work road dog had wasn't even on par with coked out hbk yet he stuck in there and rose to the top

Helps he raw dug the boss daughter but he still was the only guy from that group to see his opportunity and take advantage of it
