the pathology of hair hats is something black woman refuse to acknowledge.
it’s a sensitive subject for me cause i have lots of women in my family.
one of the prettiest ones doesn’t have the confidence she should have probably cause she wears her natural hair. it’s so voluminous and pretty, it makes ppl treat her a way.
she never knew how to deal with it like me, a dude with freeform locks.
the other one wears a hair hat and is very successful. its just a symbol of her fragility to me.
ive dated all kinds of women but they all have one thing in common. no weave. i don’t even think ive dated someone who even wore extensions.
but what ive learned is that theyre all women. weave or not, they need guidance and will be in shambles regularly without it.
i guess i gravitate toward women without weave cause it’s easier for them to deal with my anti-establishment sentiments.
weave is about fitting in, point blank. fitting in isn’t a bad thing tho, but where are u trying to fit in is the question.
